Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe the rights, obligations and responsibilities of largebarrel.com and users in using Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "services") provided by largebarrel.com, CA, USA.

Article 2 (Definitions)
① The term "shopping mall" means a virtual business place where largebarrel.com can trade goods, etc. using information and communication facilities such as computers to provide goods or services (hereinafter referred to as "goods, etc.") to users, and also uses it as the meaning of a business operator who operates a cyber mall.

② The term "user" means a customer who accesses largebarrel.com and receives services provided by the "shopping mall" under these terms and conditions.

Article 3 (Explanation, explanation, and revision of terms and conditions, etc.)
① "Shopping Mall" will post the contents of these Terms and Conditions, the address of the location of the business office (including the address of the place where consumers can handle complaints), phone number, fax number, e-mail address, etc. on the initial service screen (front) of largebarrel.com. However, the contents of the terms and conditions can be viewed by the user through the connection screen.

② Before the user agrees to the terms and conditions, the "shopping mall" shall provide a separate connection screen or pop-up screen for the user to understand important information such as withdrawal of subscription, delivery responsibility, and refund conditions.

③ "Shopping malls" may amend these terms and conditions to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws such as the Consumer Protection Act.

④ If "Shopping Mall" revises the terms and conditions, it will announce the date of application and the reason for revision on the initial page of the shopping mall together with the current terms and conditions from 7 days before the application date to the day before the application date.
However, if you change the terms and conditions against the user, you will be notified with a grace period of at least 30 days.
In this case, the "shopping mall" clearly compares the contents before and after the revision to make it easier for users to understand.

⑤ If "Shopping Mall" revises the terms and conditions, the revised terms and conditions apply only to contracts concluded after the application date, and the previous terms and conditions apply to contracts already concluded before that.
However, if a user who has already signed a contract sends his/her wish to be subject to the revised terms and conditions to the "shopping mall" within the notice period of the revised terms and conditions under paragraph 3, the revised terms and conditions will be applied.

⑥ Matters not prescribed in these Terms and Conditions and interpretations of these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)
① The "Shopping Mall" performs the following tasks:
1. Provision of information on goods or services and conclusion of purchase contract
2. Delivery of goods or services in which a purchase contract has been concluded
3. Other duties prescribed by the "shopping mall"

② "Shopping Mall" may change the contents of goods or services to be provided by a contract concluded in the future in the event of a goods or services being sold out or technical specifications being changed.
In this case, the contents of the changed goods or services and the date of delivery are specified, and the contents of the current goods or services are immediately notified to the place where they are posted.

③ If the contents of the service contracted with the user to be provided by the "shopping mall" are changed due to reasons such as out of stock of goods or changes in technical specifications, the user is notified immediately to an address that can be notified.

④ In the case of the preceding paragraph, the "shopping mall" shall compensate for the damage caused by the user. However, this is not the case if the "shopping mall" proves that it is not intentional or negligent.

Article 5 (Discontinuance of Service)
① The "shopping mall" may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of a maintenance inspection, replacement and failure of information and communication facilities such as computers, or loss of communication.

② The "shopping mall" shall compensate the user or a third party for damages caused by the temporary suspension of the service due to the reasons referred to in paragraph (1). However, this is not the case if the "shopping mall" proves that it is not intentional or negligent.

③ If the service cannot be provided due to the conversion of business items, abandonment of business, or integration between businesses, the "shopping mall" shall notify the user in the manner prescribed in Article 7 and compensate the consumer in accordance with the conditions set forth in the original "shopping mall".
However, if the "shopping mall" does not notify the compensation criteria, the users' mileage or reserves shall be paid to the user in kind or cash corresponding to the currency value used in the "shopping mall".

Article 6 (Disqualification, etc.)
Where a "user" falls under any of the following reasons, a "shopping mall" may restrict or suspend user qualifications:

1. Where false information is registered at the time of application for membership;
2. Where the "user" does not pay the price of goods, etc. purchased using the "shopping mall" or other obligations related to the use of the "shopping mall" on the due date;
3. Where it threatens the order of e-commerce, such as obstructing the use of other people's "shopping malls" or stealing such information;
4. Where a person commits an act that is prohibited by laws and regulations or by these terms and conditions by using a "shopping mall" or is contrary to public order and customs;

Article 7 (Notification to Users)
① If "shopping mall" gives a notice of "user", "user" may be an e-mail address designated by an agreement with "shopping mall" in advance.

② "Shopping Mall" may replace individual notifications by posting them on the "Shopping Mall" bulletin board for at least one week in case of notification of unspecified number of "users." However, individual notice shall be given to matters that have a significant impact on the transaction of the "user".

Article 8 (Application for purchase)
The "user" shall apply for purchase on the "shopping mall" by the following or similar means:
The "shopping mall" shall provide the following information easily when a user applies for purchase:

1. Search and select goods, etc
2. Enter your name, e-mail address (or mobile phone number), etc
3. Confirmation of the contents of the terms and conditions, the service to which the right to withdraw subscription is restricted, the shipping fee, the installation fee, etc
4. Signs that agree to these terms and conditions and confirm or reject any of the above 3. (e.g., click the mouse)
5. Application for purchase of goods, etc., confirmation thereof, or consent to confirmation of "shopping mall"
6. Selection of payment method

Article 9 (Establishment of a Contract)
① The "shopping mall" may not accept an application for purchase under Article 8 if it falls under any of the following subparagraphs:
However, in the case of signing a contract with a minor, the minor himself or his legal representative must notify that the contract can be canceled if the consent of the legal representative is not obtained.

1. If there is a false, omission, or mistake in the application content;
2. When a minor purchases goods and services prohibited by the Juvenile Protection Act, such as cigarettes and alcoholic beverages;
3. Where it is determined that acceptance of other purchase applications is significantly hindered by the "shopping mall" technology;

② The contract shall be deemed to have been established at the time when the acceptance of the "shopping mall" reaches the user in the form of a receipt confirmation notice under Article 11 (1).

③ The expression of consent of the "shopping mall" shall include information on the confirmation of the user's purchase application and the availability of sales, cancellation of correction of the purchase application, etc.

Article 10 (Method of Payment)
The payment method for goods or services purchased at the "shopping mall" may be made by any of the following methods:
Provided, That the "shopping mall" shall not collect the payment method of the user by adding any nominal fee to the price of goods, etc.

1. Credit card payment
2. Payment based on points paid by "shopping mall" such as mileage
3. Other payments, etc. recognized by the "shopping mall"

Article 11 (Notification of receipt confirmation, change of purchase application, and cancellation)
① The "shopping mall" notifies the user of receipt of the purchase request.

② If there is a discrepancy in the expression of intention, the user may request the change or cancellation of the purchase application immediately after receiving the notification, and the "shopping mall" shall handle the request without delay if the user requests it before delivery. However, if the payment has already been made, the regulation on withdrawal of subscription, etc. under Article 14 shall be followed.

Article 12 (Supply of Goods, etc.)
① "Shopping Mall" takes other necessary measures, such as customization, packaging, etc., so that goods, etc. can be delivered within seven days of the user's subscription, unless there is a separate agreement with the user on the timing of supply. However, if the "shopping mall" has already received all or part of the payment for goods, etc., it will take action within three business days from the date of receiving all or part of the payment. At this time, the "shopping mall" takes appropriate measures so that users can check the supply procedures and progress of goods, etc.

② "Shopping Mall" specifies the means of delivery, the person responsible for the delivery cost by means, and the delivery period by means of goods purchased by the user. If the "shopping mall" exceeds the promised delivery period, the user must compensate for the damage caused by it. However, this is not the case if the "shopping mall" proves that there is no intentional negligence.

Article 13 (Refund)
If the goods, etc. requested by the user cannot be delivered or provided due to out of stock, the "shopping mall" shall notify the user of the reason without delay, and if the payment for the goods, etc. is received in advance, refund or take measures necessary for the refund.

Article 14 (Withdrawal of subscription, etc.)
① A user who has signed a contract with the "shopping mall" for the purchase of goods, etc. may withdraw his/her subscription within seven days from the date of receipt of the notification of receipt.

② When a user receives a shipment of goods, etc., he/she cannot return or exchange it in any of the following cases falling under any of the following subparagraphs.

1. Where the goods, etc. are lost or damaged due to a user's responsible reason (provided, however, that the goods, etc.)
If the package, etc. is damaged to check the contents, the subscription may be withdrawn.)
2. Where the value of goods, etc. has decreased significantly due to the user's use or some consumption;
3. Where the value of goods, etc. has decreased significantly to the extent that it is difficult to resell over time;
4. Where the packaging of the original goods, etc. is damaged where it is possible to replicate with goods, etc. of the same performance;

③ In the case of paragraph (2) 2 through 4, the "shopping mall" shall take measures such as stating in a place where consumers can easily know that withdrawal of subscription, etc. is restricted in advance, or providing trial products If you fail to fulfill these responsibilities and damage the information and dignity of others, you can be punished by related laws and regulations.


14. Send advertising information
- "Shopping Mall" does not transmit commercial advertising information against your express refusal to receive.

- If you agree to send an e-mail such as a newsletter, "Shopping Mall" will make it easy for you to recognize the following in the subject and body of the e-mail:

- E-mail Title: (Advertising) may not be displayed in the title column, indicate the main content of the e-mail body column or the main character of the e-mail and indicate the sender's name as "Shopping Mall".

- Body of e-mail: Specifies the name, e-mail address, phone number, and address of the sender to which you can express your intention to refuse.
